Why a Gin Bar? Because we love Gin and we find it to be the most versatile spirit of all ( with the exception from Vodka... but thats just because is easy to get along with everybody when you have no personality ) We can't get enough of it . And we certainly watch with awe the former English Conservative Gentleman transform himself  in this kind of over the top superstar that now can get away with everything... including almost dumping her other half Juniper. We have a big selection of great gins from around the world that is always growing. We serve it Spansh Style ( Big Copa glass and lots and lots of garnish variations)  Did you know that no other spirits has so many different cocktails recipes? (With of course the exception of his no personality cousin of course) At The Bär be have almost 40 different Gin Cocktails, but don't worry, if we don't have it in the menu but you tell us the recipe we'll do it just for you. We also have 12 Homemade Infusions that will blow your mind, because what is a Bar without a little art and originality? 

What is our atmosphere like?

Strict Tie and Jacket for the Gentleman and Long dress for the... just kidding... At our place you are welcome as you are. The perfect spot to have the quality of the trendy bars downtown without all the fuzz and self awareness (And for less money too!)
