WHAT IS OUR PERFECT SERVE?

Perfect served Gin & Tonic:

At The Bär we pour 5cl of your selected Gin and about 180 ml of Thomas Henry. That’s our standard serve. 

If you want to taste a little more of the Gin you choose then just tell us and we will pour less Tonic Water in it.

We think Thomas Henry is a good quality Tonic Water for Gin & Tonics of middle range quality. If you choose a Premium Gin, then we would advise you to upgrade your Tonic Water to Fever Tree or Fentimans. Just let us know and we will recommend you the perfect pair to your selection so you can enjoy the experience at the maximum!
